Upon arrival at Playa Tortugas, locate the ticket booth marked with the Ultramar Ferry logo. Present your voucher to the supervisor on duty, who will issue your ferry ticket. With your ticket in hand, you may proceed to board the ferry bound for Isla Mujeres.
